After going through the medical details and reports provided by you i would like to suggest you to consult a vascular surgeon urgently as there is a thrombus in your great saphenous vein which need to be treated either by IV clot dissolving medicine or by surgical removal for with you need to be hospitalized.
Its urgent because if by chance ant fragment of this thrombus dislodges from the parent thrombus it will cause a PULMONARY EMBOLISM which is a life threatening emergency.
I hope you understand my concern for the current situation. Do not exert yourself to much till you get a proper treatment.
