General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Thrombophlebitis is a possibility. Consult a physician and plan for a venous Doppler of the upper limb. Nothing much to worry and most cases respond well to conservative treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
