Brief Answer:
Appears to be a early kidney disease only

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

serum creatinine of 1.2 is not at all alarming . there may be very early Kidney Disease. it is important to note whether your mother is a diabetic or a hypertensive patient or is taking any regular medications for any disorder. she should undergo some common test like urine routine examination blood sugar fasting and a complete kft and ultrasound of the Kidneys. they will help in identifying any disease.

meanwhile decrease her salt intake and non veg food stuffs. she should avoid pain killer medicines these things can increase the creatinine level.

symptoms of urine burning sensation suggest urine infection and should also be looked at .

with the above reports you can meet your local doctor and he will be able to guide you regarding any reversible factors in the Kidney Disease.

overall I don't think at present that it is a major problem.

best wishes
