What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

Early response would be highly appreciated.
Report Details are as follows
Toxoplasma IgG - 87.9
Rubella IgG - 36.50
Cytomegalovirus, IgG - 85.20
All IGM Levels are under the range.
VDRL (RPR), SERUM - Non Reactive
TORCH reports, No active infection, body immunity against germs is present.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there, Dr. Purushottam Neurgankar here. I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
First of all do not panic.
I have read your TORCH reports.
I would like to know about your past history of pregnancy, if any. And secondly, what was the reason told to you for getting this test done.
As you have mentioned that you have got all the USG reports normal, you need not worry.
Secondly, as your IgM reports are negative, there is no risk of active infection, that means this pregnancy is not affected by those infections.
The positive IgG reports indicate, that you have been exposed to these pathogens in the past and your body has developed immunity against these pathogens- germs. So you need not worry at all about IgG reports.
I will suggest you to be in touch with your treating gynecologist.
Try to be happy and relaxed.
Opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen.
May God bless you with a bundle of XXXXXXX
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
Dr. Purushottam Neurgankar.

My guess may be doctor feel that I am low on immunity may be that's she recommended this test ...
Below are my IgM Values
Toxoplasma IgM - 3.38
Rubella IgM - <10
Cytomegalovirus, IgM - 9.0
Herpes Simplex Virus 1+2 IgG - <0.500
Herpes Simplex Virus 1+2 IgM - <0.500
Other test done along with TORCH are as follows
HBAC1 - my value is 5.1 %
CBC - All value under the normal range in the report.
Do not worry. IgM negative, is safe report.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there, thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back.
As you have history of previous pregnancy loss, your treating gynecologist must have advised you to get TORCH rest done to rule out these infections as a cause for previous pregnancy loss.
But as of now, you need not worry about it.
IgM reports are negative, so do not worry.
Every thing will be alright in the due course of time.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
Dr. Purushottam Neurgankar.
