Brief Answer:
you need to get clinically examined and investigated further..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Yes, I've reviewed all the attached reports and there are several areas which need proper medical attention...

First of all, your BMI is 26.4, which falls under over weight category as per your age group, so you need to start physical activities aggressively..starting from 30-40min daily running/jogging to active physical workouts in a Gym (under proper supervision of the physical trainer)...along with this vigorous diet planning need to be obtained...

The Lipid profile is quite deranged (including HDL, LDL as well as Triglyceride), and there's deranged Blood sugar level as well as poor glycemic control (i.e. elevated HbA1C)...there's also a very high Hematocrit level along with elevated RBC counts, and Calcium levels which need to be addressed further...the urine analysis is suggestive of some metabolic disturbances which should be examined further also..

Avoid junk foods in any forms.. no excessive deep fried/ fast foods strictly...

-Avoid processed and packaged foods, always try to eat fresh, organic foods, have fresh fruits instead of packaged fruit juices..Include fresh green leafy vegetables in your daily diet..

-Stop Smoking and Alcohol completely (if at all do)

-Drink plenty of water throughout the day(at least 2.5 ltr) to remain well hydrated and it'll help to flush out the toxic metabolites too..

Along with all these, you need to visit an Internal Medicine Specialist for a thorough clinical check-up and a few more investigations also (USG whole abdomen, FBS and PPBS, Uric acid levels etc.), based on all these, you may also be needing lipid lowering(Statin group) and probably anti-diabetic medications (as per the results and thorough check-up)...

Nothing to worry, you're too young so don't delay any longer and schedule the appointment and proceed further...

I've tried to make it as simple as possible for you to understand, let me know if there's any doubt...

Take Care
Kind Regards

Thanks so much doctor for taking out your time to look into my report and prompt response.

Since I recently had full body check-up so I would like to give more time to my body before having another check-up.

Moreover, we already had both USG and ECG check up too. I am attaching ESG and USG report too for further perusal.

Regards,

Brief Answer:
follow as already advised..

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,

I've reviewed the USG (Grade I Fatty Liver is found which can be the result of deranged lipid profile as well as poor glycemic control) and ECG report (nothing significant here)...

As I've already explained earlier, there are several areas which need proper medical attention...full body checkup is done for screening purpose mainly, and when such deranged parameters are found, they need to be managed in time under proper medical supervision and timely follow-ups(clinical and in-person check-ups to the relevant medical speciality)...

So, I'd suggest you visit an Internal Medicine Specialist for a thorough clinical checkup(in person) and few other relevant investigations(as and when required) as well as proper timely control of the parameters(as already explained in details earlier)...

Wish you a good health..

Take Care
Kind Regards

For sure, I will visit Internal Medicine Specialist for thorough clinical check up. My purpose was to just get a brief idea about my report and start work around accordingly.

Could you please also confirm what does Grade I fatty liver represent and what is the process to go through internal medical check up?

Brief Answer:
follow-up answer

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,

Fatty liver means there's fat deposition inside the liver cells(which is abnormal), however grade I is the mildest form and totally reversible with proper lifestyle modifications, dietary changes as well as medications, so nothing to worry...

Simply go to any nearby clinic/multispeciality hospital and enquire about the Internal Medicine Department, there you'll find the Internal medicine specialists, schedule the appointment and go ahead with it...

Best Wishes...

Take Care
Kind Regards
