Brief Answer:
She is having endometrial cyst and PID.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
I have seen all the attached reports and in my opinion all the reports almost within normal limits.
In her reports she is having endometrial cyst and PID for which doctor gave antibiotics and pain killer.
So in my opinion she should continue her antibiotics and pain killer and try for pregnancy as well( because her AMH,HSG are normal)
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
Regards

Brief Answer:
You have to treat the condition first.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You are always welcome.
As your cyst size is very small and rest your reports are normal except for infection in my opinion it is better to treat it before planning for baby because this cyst may cause hormonal changes and interfere with pregnancy.
So you should take treatment for 3 months and repeat ultrasound after it.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
