Brief Answer:
Nothing concerning...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is quite normal. There are some physiological changes occurring in the body while running, walking and physical exercise. Those changes include increase in heart rate, increase in breathing / respiratory rate and sweating. These changes are quite normal.

Unless and until there is breathing difficulty (breathlessness), palpitation, pain and intolerance we should be concerned. If there are no such symptoms, I will not be overly concerned here.

Let me know if you have these symptoms or any other concerning symptoms.

Regards
