Brief Answer:
Hi I would recommend the following.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Thank you for choosing HealthCareMagic.

I did review your concern. If your other blood parameters i.e hemoglobin, total wbc count and platelet count are within normal range, This value of absolute monocyte count is essentially normal and there is no need to worry about sir.

I would also like to review your complete blood report to see if there are any abnormalities and provide you with my review regarding it. However, Your absolute monocyte count of .85*10(9)/L is nothing to worry about.

I hope this helps sir.
Let me know if you have any other concerns.

Sincerely,

Dr Parth Desai
