Detailed Answer:
Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Polyuria(frequent urination)has multiple causes actually. Common causes include
Uncontrolled diabetes
Urinary infection
Urinary bladder infection(cystitis)
Even increase water intake can cause polyuria.
Drugs for blood pressure may sometimes caused increase urination.
Now coming to your problem..
My advice to you is -
1.Go for sonography of kidneys and urinary bladder to rule out cystitis (bladder infection). Because sometimes urine report can be normal in cystitis.
Urine culture report is necessary even routine report shows some bacteria.
Urine osmolality and urine sodium report is required and show it to your doctor.
2 . Kindly give me information regarding your other medicines also because some tablets can cause frequent urination.
3 . It might be possible that you have increased your water intake due to hot weather or excessive perspiration. Restrict water intake after 8 pm in night.
4.All blood reports you have mentioned of lipid profile and sugar are absolutely normal. So you have maintained really good control of that. Just maintain it. Drink coconut water for some time it's good for diabetes as well as urine problem.
5.Your CBC report is normal except lymphocytes are elevated which might be due to infection.
So, just go for reports I gave mentioned. Nothing to be worry as such.
I have tried best to satisfy your concerns still if you have any questions you are always welcome. We are always happy to help you.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
