Brief Answer:
Ldl is only slightly elevated

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Lipid profile is almost normal and is not to be worried about. At these LDL levels, medicines should not be initiated. According to guidelines it must be controlled with low fat diet and regular exercise. In diet please avoid milk products like cheese, ghee, sweets, chocolates etc. Regular 20 min/day exercise is to be done. It can include yoga, swimming, cycling, walk, gym, etc.

The uneasiness around chest area seems to be due to anxiety. But to rule out any heart conditions, please get an ECG done.
To help with anxiety breathing techniques, yog nidra and meditation can be tried. These can be learnt in yoga courses. Yog nidra is also available online.

Hope it helps.

What about HDL and non-HDL parameters? Are they not out of range?
What is to be done for these factors to bring in control.

The answer provided is only related to LDL.

Brief Answer:
LDL is most important

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Sorry for delayed response.

LDL is the single most important risk factor (among lipid profile) for cardiovascular disease.

Non-HDL includes LDL and is raised due to raised LDL.

HDL is only borderline low. I am not so worried about it.

If you keep your diet low fat, all these will normalise by them self.
