Brief Answer:
Lipid profile is derranged, complete hemogram report needs to be posted.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The lipid profile shows high cholesterol, high LDL and high triglyceride.
Dietary modification and exercise are required to improve the lipid profile.
In addition, lipid lowering drugs are also required.
You need to consult a cardiologist for prescription of lipid lowering drugs.

AST and ALT are liver enzymes. raised ALT and AST levels suggest liver inflammation.
ESR is increased. Normal ESR is 0-10 mm in 1st hour.
ESr is raised in underlying inflammatory condition.
MCH of 26 is mildly reduced, MCHC of 31 is also mildly reduced.
However, MCH and MCHC can be interpreted with other red cell indices.
Kindly, post the complete hemogram report for interpretation.

Thanks and take care
