Dear
Thanks for reverting back.
1. As most of the high risk factors associated with overweight like diabetes, dyslipidemia, abnormal liver function and thyroid problem are within normal values thus please go only for an ECG [electrocardiogram] to check with heart status and check with a cardiologist regarding blood pressure.
2. Your medicine will be couriered today [in afternnon] and details will be furnished in evening.

1. SGPT [or ALT] if increased indicate hepato cellular damage or injury to the liver, when the liver is damaged, SGPT leaks out of the cells and into the blood.
2. Although raised SGPT & SGOT may be observed in other non hepatic diseases like acute myocardial infarction or skeletal muscle disorders but SGPT is more specific in hepato cellular disorders.
3. SGPT thus could be elevated in liver conditions like viral hepatitis, toxin or drug induced hepatic injury but only if they are significantly elevated, since fluctuation of SGPT is normal in 24 hours and can also increase in response to strenous physical exercise.
4.
. Vitamin D helps prevent liver damage thus green leafy vegetables, eggs, mushrooms, dairy products, apple, orange are good sources
. Eat more of organic foods which are rich in antioxidants and thus allow liver to detoxify itself.
. avoid food rich in fat/salt
. SGPT is not confirmation of a diagnosis of damage to the liver but along with other liver function test it should be used to verify whether a patient really suffers from damage to the liver or not
. Take hepatoprotective drug like: Jaundex [if interested I can courier you the same today with other medicines.

1. Yes eating garlic cloves is good for heart but I usually recommend my patient(s) to take at night due to the odour of garlic (which can be troublesome/problematic) to fellow colleagues. (Rest depends upon you)
2. Take sliced tomato with sprouted pulses as usual.
