What Does My Rectal Biopsy Indicate?
Question: In decending colon biopsy, tiny bits of colonic mucosa with surface ulcerstion covered by granulation. The lamina propia is edematous and shows infiltrates of few lymphocytes, plasma cell, and eosinophils .no cryptitis, crypt abscess or crypt distortion seen in studied section. No evidence of granulomata or malignancy. Just want to know infiltrates of few lymphocytes plasma cell and eosinophils is normal or serious concern ?
