Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Neck and upper back symptoms can be explained by nerve root compression at foramina but lower limbs and thigh symptoms can not be explained by cervical spine abnormalities.
For cervical radiculopathy you should start isometric neck exercises. Pain killers and muscle relaxant may be taken.
Pain modulator drugs like pregabalin or amitryptiline or gabapentin can be used too.
For lower limbs and thigh pain possibility of vitamin D deficiency related myopathy or some Thyroid disorder to be considered. Another possibility may be disc prolapse at lumbar region causing lumbar canal stenosis or radiculopathy.
Is there any urinary complains, weakness in lower limbs, Numbness or paresthesia?
You can take above mentioned drugs.
Examination by a neurologist will help in guiding you further investigation like Thyroid profile, renal function, vitamin D3, blood sugar.
Nerve conduction if required may be done too.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
