Brief Answer:
Can be a normal finding.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
An echogenic focus in the left ventricle is common in asian population and is suggestive of small mineralisation within papillary muscle.
It can be associated with trisomy 21 or 13 in some cases. It is best to get a quadruple test done to rule out any such fetal abnormality. This can be a normal finding also.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Hi Madam
Thanks for your response.
Please find attached scanning reports.
As per your message I am assuming that its a common and normal behavior. You also suggested some test to find any abnormality. is that mandatory or we can avoid this as of now.
Please let me know either we need to consider this as serious or no worries.
Thanka in advance

Brief Answer:
Nothing worrisome as of now.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen the attached report. There is no detectable anomaly in the scan. The mild echogenic focus can be normal. You can get a repeat TIFFA scan done after 30 weeks to see if it has changed in size or not.
Hope my answer is helpful.
