What Does My Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Question: Hi, I am 33 years old and my wife is 28 years. We want to go for a child and have been trying for last 5 months. Recently we saw a doctor na d she advised us to go for some tests which includes semen analysis of mine. After doing that I could find the count is 10 million/ml and motility rate 55%. The doc has advised to take Goodova 25 for 25 day (with 5 day gap) for 3 cycles and Cranimed tab twice daily for 3 cycles. Please let me know whether those medicines will help to increase the sperm count and if there is any side effect of those medicines.
