What Does My Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?

Question: my semen analysis say that sperm count is 125 million/ml and rate of motality is 78% after 30 minutes and nature of movement is progressive forward out of which 30% is rapidly progressive,45% moderately,sluggish is 3% and normal morphology is 42%.how do I see this report
