Question: hii
my physician suggest me for paternia+ and levocarnitine tab for 3 months. followed by as my progressive motile is 15% will it help to be fertile.

Hi dear, I have gone reviewed your report and understand your concerns.
Your semen analysis shows decreased motility of the sperms and pus cells present. Decreased motility can lead to decreased fertility.
Infection can cause both presence of pus cells in the semen and decreased motility of the sperms.
I will suggest you to get a semen culture and sensitivity examination done so that appropriate antibiotics can be given.
