Question: Hi.....Attached my semens report which clearly defines about my sperm as "NORMAL COUNT WITH IMPAIRED MOTILITY AND INFECTION".
Please help me with natural remedies or medicines to get rid of PUSS cells in my sperm and increase the motility. I dont smoke and drinks occasionally only in weekends.
Currently, I am using medicines consulted by my wife's gyno.

Brief Answer:
You need to take antibiotics for 4-6 weeks .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the report of your semen analysis that you have posted it appears that you have you have Asthenospermia .

The presence of 10-15 pus cells and 4-6 RBC suggest infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate and need to be treated .

Normally a combination of Trimethoprim and Sulphamethoxole(Bacrim) or Doxicycline is prescribed by most of the infertility specialist .

However I would suggest you to get your semen culture done to trace out the organisms causing this infection and their sensitivity pattern so that you can take appropriate antibiotic to eradicate infection.

It takes long time for complete eradication of infection hence you will need to take antibiotic for 4-6 weeks .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Thank you Dr. XXXXXXX

A quick question,
1. can it also be cured by natural remedies like diets we take to increase the sperm count and motility

2. Does "Asthenospermia" stops from generating healthy sperm and reduces the chances to become dad very sooner, unless it is cured ?
