Brief Answer:
Looks perfectly fine

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your semen analysis is just about as normal as it can get. I doubt if there's anything to worry about, but as per WHO recommendations, another semen analysis done a month later will also be useful in confirming that things are indeed alright. Ideally, semen analysis should be done at a centre where the quality if analysis is first class, ie, ideally in an Infertility clinic where semen analysis us routinely done, so that there us consistency in the reports, and we will also gave an idea as to the morphology of the sperm which is the one criteria which is more missing from the previous report.
All the best wishes for a happy parenthood.
