Brief Answer:
slight decrease in volume, motile sperm percentage and sperm count not mentioned in the report

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your report.
In the report total sperm count is not mentioned. Percentage of rapidly progressive motile spem is not mentioned, it is important in determining in the fertility.

In the report, the volume is 1 ml, Usually it will be around 2 ml. Occasional dead spem and pus cells are fine.
Kindly send the complete report, which will be helpful in providing you a more specific advice.
Presently based on the report no treatment is required, I would have suggested repeat of semen analysis after a month with 3 days of sexual abstinence before the test.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
