Brief Answer:
Low sperm mobility

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns.

You had a sperm analysis done which showed your sperm motility to be low. Normal is sperm mobility of greater than 50%, you are at 40%. There is no treatment that will improve your sperm motility. My recommendation though is to try to increase your sperm counts. These recommendations include having sex less often. This will help increase the sperm counts by allowing time to fill your sperm reserves. Also do not wear tight briefs or bath in hot water. The higher temperature of your testicles will reduce your testosterone levels and reduce your sperm counts. Do not drink alcohol as alcohol is a direct suppressor of sperm production.

Hopefully with these added recommendations you can improve your chances for pregnancy.
