Brief Answer:
Your Semen Anlysis is well within normal range as per WHO standards

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based onthe report of semen analysis that you have posted I would state that your semen parametrs as regards count ,motility and morphology of sperm is absolutely within normal range as per WHO standards

As regards absence of RBC .Please note that absence of RBC is a good sign .Normally semen does not contain any Red Blood cells (RBC)

Presence of 4-5 pus cells suggest mild infection which can be cured with taking antibiotics .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you.
Thanks and Regards.
