Question: Hi, My self is XXXXXXX Today I went for SEMEN ANALYSIS test. I got report. Can you please look and tell me is it normal sperm count or not.

Hi Sir, My wife is having uterine fibroid, and her age is 25 . Just now, I have uploaded images(ultra scanning report and normal report). The fibroid measuring is 4.8 * 4.9 cm. Just I want to know one thing. I heard if the uterine fibroid is there it's difficult to get pregnancy. Almost we are completed two and half years marriage life. Now we were seriously trying for children. will you please let me know if this fibroid creates any problem or not to get children?If it doesn't create any problem, please let me give suggestions to get children early.

Fibroid is large. It is difficult to get pregnant with such fibroid size.

I suggest let her get Laparoscopic Myomectomy done which is best way to remove such fibroid.

Thanks a lot for your reply and patience. I have a little questions sir.
1. This is the only reason didn't get pregnancy or we need to take any other tests to get final confirmation for infertility.

For me I have taken SEMEN ANALYSIS test.
For my wife taken HAEMATOLOGY (COMPLETE BLOOD COUNTS, DIFFERENTIAL COUNTS, BIO-CHEMISTRY, THYROID PROFILE,IMMUNOLOGY & SEROLOGY, URINE EXAMINATION).

Apart from is any other tests need to take to get as a final confirmation of infertility.

2. We showed reports to one of the family doctors, what she told your wife is having fibroid issue and harmonium imbalance problem also. For that they will do punctures in the ovary. Then problem will resolve. Even so, I read the information in net to get periods properly harmonium balance is important, if harmoniums are less than you won't get periods properly, then egg is also won't form. Can you please give me clarity to the harmonium imbalance problem?

3. For the Laparoscopic Myomectomy treatment, how many days have to stay in hospital and how serious it is, after that how many days have to wait to lead normal family and sexual life.
