Brief Answer:
You have Oligospermia (Low Sperm count)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the report of your semen analysis that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Oligospermia meaning there by your sperm count is lower than WHO standards.

Rest of the parameters like morphology of sperms ,motility of sperms are within normal range .

Following measure will help you to increase your sperm count to certain extent .
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..

Take Clomiphene once daily and repeat your sperm count after 3 months .with ideal condition of abstinence for three days prior to collecting semen sample for analysis .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Sperm concentration per ml is important .

Detailed Answer:
hello
Thanks for follow up .
Sperm count per ml is important from the point of view of conception .The volume of the semen is very variable .

The issue with you is low sperm count (Oligospermia) meaning there by that the production of mature sperm is less than normal .

Thanks with Regards.
