What Does My Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?
Question: Hello Doctor,
I recently done semen analysis and i got the following results .. Can you please let me know if i have to take further treatment or not.
i have teratozoospermia index 1.42 and i was told it was with in parameters i.e <= 1.6 so would you be kind enough to let me know if i need any further treatments or not.

Normal morphology according to WHO guidelines is 4%.your semen analysis is absolutely normal according to WHO GUIDELINES.
Never rely upon one report.There are lot off variations from lab to lab also .

They have mentioned 14 %for morphology.
But I still feel that it is within normal range.
Do you have any problems.? was the count abnormal before ?
are you on any drugs ?
Modify life style. Start some exercises daily. Avoid junk foods. Stop smoking and minimise alcohol.

Hello Doctor,
I'm married for 6 months and we are trying to conceive . I don't have any problems by my knowledge. Since it is 6 months i did a sperm analysis independently in a hospital . I'm just trying to get the overall picture of the results . Thanks for your help.
