Brief Answer:
Vaseline is safe and most are relieved.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i'm happy to note you're feeling better with medication(URIMAX-D).
Your symptoms should be relieved with medication.
That's the most important criteria for medication.
If you're not finding much relief with Tadalafil, you may omit it.
For the dryness on your penile skin, you may apply vaseline, which gives relief.
Apply it before going to bed.
There's no need for other medication at present.
Wish you good health.

Hello, thanks for reply. I am not taking Tadalafil but want to start it i take BP Medication Lnblock 5mg and my pressure is normal with that, would Tadalafill 5 mg interfere in pressure? and does it give any relief in BPH.pl reply XXXX
Brief Answer:
Continue with Urimax-D.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
My advice is, to continue with Urimax-D only.
As you're satisfied, with the way you're passing urine, there's no need to add Tadalafil.
Tadalafil is not free of side-effects, one of which, is to cause fainting and dizziness.
Wish you well.
