I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I have gone through the report and the immotile section is on the higher side. In short, the motility of your sperms needs improvement. Taking zinc and folic acid supplements has been proven to enhance both the sperm count and motility. You should take Cobadex CZS (containing zinc) and folvite (contains folic acid) one tablet of each once daily for the next 3-6 months. In the meantime you need to have unprotected sex with your wife on every alternate day of the 10th to 18th day of her cycle. Be sure to have a prolonged foreplay before intercourse in order to achieve proper arousal which is very important.

In the meantime, I have suggested you to try for pregnancy in a systematic manner. The motility should gradually improve over the next 3-6 months but that is not preventing from trying. Even with everything normal, it often takes 1-1.5 years for pregnancy to come. So, be patient.
