Question : My baby is 1.3 years old. Result of her stool report is as follows
Colour creamish
Consistency liquid
Mucus absent
Reaction acidic XXXXXXX blood absent
Parasite absent
Occult blood present

Occult blood is a matter of concern which might be related to bleeding in gastrointestinal tract.

Here I would like further information for better assessment of the condition
What's her chief complaints and since how long
Upload me other reports if you have like blood profile and coagulation studies report.
Is she taking proper feeding
Any complaint of excessive cry or not gaining weight?

For last week or so she was suffering from loose motions. She was taking ORS and water but same was followed by watery stool. Doctor has suggested us to give two days of salination which was completed yesterday. Her blood report was normal only thing mentioned as increase in platelets I.e. 632000 and WBC was 13700 (4000-11000 normal range)
S creatinine is 0.6 (0 - 0.6 normal range)
Examinination of C reactive protein was negative.
Today her diet is proper and taking food.

I am glad to know that she is taking proper diet
High WBC and platelet count warrants further follow up
high WBC might be related to infection, I would advise for an ultrasound and you should ask your doctor for the possibility of infection.

Meanwhile continue with ORS and fruits juices if she is alright and repeat these tests after a week.
