I wanted to check whether I should proceed for Angiography soon, or can wait and get that done after some time. Also, wanted to check the % of blockade prompts immediate interventions like Angioplasty.
Can go for angiography after a cardiology consultation.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. From your stress test there is ST depression in inferior and anterior leads while physical exertion. This can be due to some amount of blockade in two vessels of heart. The percentage of blockade can be identified by angiography.
The need for angiography should be decided by your cardiologist. If you not having any risk factors like severe hypertension or diabetes and chest pain this is not performed as it is an invasive procedure. But cardiologist perform this on patients request also.
If considerable blockade is there then angioplasty is advised. It is better to have an angiography to see how much blockade is there. But if you don't have any chest pain or discomfort then you can wait for it and no need to be hurry.
Let me know if anything not clear. I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
