I have seen the rash in your picture and it DOES NOT look like a syphilis rash they are usually very invasive and active , not like dead skin they are ulcer which in few days eat the place on which they are.

I will advise you not to worry at all because no where in the world , is your visa rejected on the basis of syphilis and i will also like to assure you that it does not look like syphilis and soon your lab results will confirm it.
