Subclinical hypothyroidism.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Normal range of the TSH levels should be between 0.4-4 mIU/L. The variation in TSH levels can be due to subclinical hypothyroidism which is a mild form of hypothyroidism that has no apparent symptoms. Investigations show high levels of TSH and normal free T4 levels and hence it is important to get T3, T4 and TPO antibodies done.
If the TSH levels are >10, then we usually start the thyroid replacement therapy. If the levels are between 5-10, this is a grey zone. In such a scenario, we ask for the TPO antibodies or anti TG antibodies and if they are raised, we start the thyroid replacement therapy. So until and unless these tests are done, we cannot call the thyroid as Normal.
Go for the tests and consult an endocrinologist for proper therapy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
TPO antibody is the most sensitive test for detecting autoimmune thyroid disease (eg, Hashimoto thyroiditis, idiopathic myxedema, and Graves disease) and detectable concentrations of anti-TPO antibodies are observed in most patients with these disorders.
Your TSH levels are in grey zone. They are mildly raised. The reference ranges do vary from lab to lab. You can repeat the test after 6 weeks to see the trends.
