Brief Answer:
Sub clinical hypothyroidism- further evaluation needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the question and understand your concerns.

Your reports are suggesting sub clinical hypothyroidism- borderline elevated TSH and normal thyroid hormones ( T3&4). This condition need not be treated always. Yhe indications of starting treatment are:

1. High cholesterol- normal in your reports
2. Pregancy or planning pregnancy - not in your case
3. Presence of thyroid swelling ( goiter) - needs clinical examination or an ultrasound thyroid
4. Increased thyroid antibodies ( anti TPO) - a blood test

So in your case if you have a thyroid swelling or you have high anti thyroid antibodies, you needs treatment with thyroxine.

Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you

Regards,
