Thanks Doc, are there any instructions on clothing too? So far I continue to wear my normal clothes, jeans pants etc
Brief Answer:
wear loose fitting, cotton clothes
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Please wear loose fitting, cotton clothes that you feel comfortable in. They are better for the summer.
Better to avoid jeans and pants after first 3 months. However, if you still feel comfortable in those, you can continue to use them.
Take care!

Brief Answer:
this is normal in pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
The symptoms you are experiencing are normal in pregnancy. In fact, for the first 3 months of pregnancy, these symptoms will persist. Then on, it will subside slowly.
I do not suggest any medications for this. You have to consume small frequent meals like 6 times a day instead of heavy 3 times meals. Also, ensure you walk around for ten to fifteen minutes after each meal.
It is good that you are not having tea and coffee. Aversion to some foods will be there too. Eat that which suits you.
Drink plenty of water and fluids orally.
Take adequate rest.
Regards,

Hi Doc,
I visited my gynec last evening and she said the acidity would be due to the medicines I am eating currently
She said to have Tab Rantac as and when needed
Also my body and scalp is filled with boils. I guess its the heat due to medicines. I am trying to eat cooler stuff like curd, dried fig dipped overnight in water in morning etc
She said if needed I can apply locally Clindamycin only cream
Regards, XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
drinking plenty of fluids orally is the only option
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Pregnancy by itself is a high progesterone state. This makes the body generally more warm than non-pregnant state. The medicines you are taking are adding to it. But that does not mean you stop taking these medicines. You MUST continue to take all the medicines as prescribed by the doctor.
You can take Rantac, if your symptoms are persistent. However, it is better to avoid any unnecessary medications.
Pregnancy is a state where you experience all these symptoms of high progesterone level. Stay calm, and follow healthy dietary changes.
The boils are also the effect of high progesterone, the excessive hot summer adding to it.
Yes, eat cooler food stuffs. Take butter milk and tender coconut water daily.
These are normal symptoms of any pregnancy, so do not be worried. You just have to experience it, and yes, pregnancy is a bliss, enjoy it.
You can apply topical clindamycin cream, no harm in it as it is not absorbed into the body circulation.
Take care!

I really struggle with the Argin scachet, feel like puking everytime I gulp it in
Brief Answer:
it is just a side effect
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Nausea and vomiting are a side effect of Argin. However, the drug is useful for your nourishment and the baby's nourishment as well. I suggest you to continue taking it.
As I said earlier, these symptoms will subside after the first 3 months of pregnancy.
Take milk, meat, egg, peanuts and walnuts. These are natural sources of Arginine i.e. Argin.

Brief Answer:
wait until 12 weeks and decide
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Let us do your NT scan at 3 months or 12 weeks, and then decide about the travel. For now, I do not see any reasons to NOT go on the journey.
If it is a straight and plane road journey, without any potholes, rocks and hilly travel, it should be fine.
By XXXXXXX 2nd half, you would be around 17 to 18 weeks pregnant. As of now, there is no reason to not go on the journey.
