Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have done Ultrasound Scanning of Abdomen and Pelvis which has revealed Enlarged Prostate ,stone in Right Kidney and fatty liver,
1)A stone of a size of 3.2 mm does not need any active treatment .It will pass out through urine over a period of time .Just ensure to drink more water so that you pass more urine .
2) Enlarged Prostate is common at this age and treatment is advised if patient has obstructive voiding urinary symptoms like increased frequency for urination ,nocturnal frequency, poor stream ,urgency etc .With residual urine volume of just 11 cc and if symptoms are not bothering your quality of life you can control your symptoms with drugs like Tomsulosin and Dutosteride once daily.
.
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and further treatment.
3)As regards changes of fatty liver .There is nothing to be worried about .You have to modify your diet .
a)Take fat free high protein diet .
b)Avoid alcohol
c) Take vegetable and fruits in sumptuous quantity.
