What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?
Question: Hi, I am 44 yo and have had two ultrasounds which show echogenic foci in the endocervical canal. I originally went because of a random shooting/stabbing pain in the left ovary area. Now, I have had two tv/ta untrasounds and they have both come back showing the exact same thing. Echogenic foci in the endocervical canal. What can this be? I had a Ct Scan of the pelvic and all abdominal area today. Awaiting results...
Brief Answer:
Can be polyp or abnormal growth.
