Question: Uterus is anteflexed, bulky and measures approx. 97.6mm x 56.9mm x 64.7mm. The echo pattern is generally heterogeneous with echogenic mass (hematoma) surrounded by a scanty fluid in the endometrial cavity. Adnexae is bilaterally normal, pouch of XXXXXXX (fluid filled), urinary badder is normal in size.

how can my uterus return back to normal to resume pregnancy. cycle is 28 days uninterrupted

1. In the above scan findings there is some blood products in the uterus and I am not sure if it is retained products of conception following a miscarriage. You should seek help from your gynecologist to get the blood products out of the uterus. Once the uterus is cleared of it then your uterus will become normal slowly.
