What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?
testo 251 ng/dl negative
LH 3,78 mlU/ml
FSH 13,20 mlU/ml postive
Prolactin 13,80 ng/ml
DHEA-S 198,00 Mg/dl
Andro-Index 21 negative
so the doctor after those tests and ultrasound tests i might have pain after the surgery
and the most important part asked me if i want to have a kind. i should get a hormone therapy.
The idea, i dont want to have another kid now, but i have read in the internet that low testo might affect my life (sexual life, heart disease etc). the question, can this be a just bad results due the operation was only three months and testicle injury? or maybe just due to lack of sport, etc? or this means forever failure in testo production.
It is good to add, when i was one year i had a Testicle removal and i had a history with bad sperm tests ( before i had couple times 3-5m per ml) but i had a very high testo level around 1000. i dont know what to do, i dont want to start in hormonal therapy unless it is necessary for my health. can i live a while that number, can it go up again?
Thanks
