What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question: : I am pregnant I did my ultrasound on 5-3-2017 it show I am 30 week pregnant after that I did ultrasound on 21-4-2016 then it show 34+4 days pregnant. There is difference of approximately 2 week is there any problem.Fetus weight is 2.5 kg nd FHR is 155bmp.I don't have any negative symptoms.
Brief Answer:
Its normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
The discrepancy of 2 weeks (whether less or more) between the gestational age by ultrasound and by the last menstrual period is normal and is due to the normal ultrasound error in the third trimester.
Moreover, the effective fetal weight is normal.
If the parameters like amniotic fluid index (amount of fluid around the fetus) and fetal movements are normal, then there is nothing to worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Thanks Dr. XXXXXXX for your detailed and quick response. But actually my concern is a bit different. There is a difference of 2 weeks in gestational age between 2 ultrasounds. I had an ultrasound 7 weeks before then GA was 30 weeks and today i.e. 7 weeks after the ultrasound it should be 37 weeks but it's 35 weeks. So is it normal or my baby is growing at a slow rate or GA by ultrasound is just an approximation. Please help me out with this as this is making me nervous.
Brief Answer:
Please upload the reports
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
As I mentioned earlier, the gestation age by ultrasound is an approximation and an error of upto 2 weeks can occur in the third trimester ultrasound.
Please upload both the ultrsound reports so that I can explain you further.
