Question: Having more number of motions(not loose)than the normal 1or2 per day.no pain anywhere.ultrasound report ok except for a gallstone..kindly advise.

Hi,

I do understand your concern

“As” per your clinical history is concerned you need few lifestyle modification only like this :-

1)Try to restrict taking dairy products and you can take regular calcium and vitamin D supplements.

2)you can take [lactase enzyme]tablets after each meal every day and for it you do not need any prescription at all.

3)Do take one probiotics like lactobacillus or live [yogurt] to balance intestinal bacterial flora
