Brief Answer:
Perfectly normal ultrasound and blood test report

Detailed Answer:
Hi Miss Uma,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
This is a perfectly normal ultrasound report.
Nuchal translucency less than 3.5 mm is normal.

Let me explain to you Nuchal translucency and blood tests risk assessment for chromosomal anomalies.
Background risk means risk is having a baby with chromosomal abnormality based on your age and baby's age. Adjusted risk means the risk of you having a baby with chromosomal anomaly based on test results. The adjusted risk in your case is lower than background risk, which is very good.

This means you are definitely not at high risk.
You have a extremely low risk which is much lower than your background risk. So stop worrying and enjoy your pregnancy.

Best wishes,
Dr Rama

Brief Answer:
Do oral glucose tolerance test

Detailed Answer:
Hi Miss Uma, good to hear from you again,

Considering your age and family history you should get oral glucose tolerance test ( sugar test) done now. If it turns out to be normal, do repeat the test again between 24-28 weeks of pregnancy.

These tablets may cause constipation in few individuals. tab.Obimin contains iron, calcium and vitamins. DHA 250 contains vitamins and omega fatty acids.
Add salads and fruits in your daily diet. If you develop constipation, i recommend you to stop DHA 250.

I hope this was helpful. If you have further queries, do write to me. i will be happy to explain any issue that you may have.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
