Brief Answer:
Please attach urinalysis report

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Pus cells in urine suggests urinary tract infection. Please attach urinalysis report. If the count is only 22 and TLC is 13000, I do not think it is serious infection and need not have to worry. However, please attach reports to know correct values. Urine culture and sensitivity test would suggest sensitive antibiotic to treat the infection(pus cells). Let me know if you need further clarification.

Hope it helps!
