What Does My Urinalysis Test Report Indicate?
Question: Had a check up the urine dip stick came up with red blood cells so had three urinalysis all came back no red blood cells now dr I referred me to a urologist seem to think underlining condition what are the chances something serious I thought urine dip sticks are not use for a diagnosis if my urinalysis came back ok it's it cause I'm in my 50s.

I read your question and i understand your concern. With normal urine dipstick test, i wonder why they referred you to a urologists? Do you have any other symptom or positive finding in any other workup like ultrasound etc. As with normal urine exam referral to urologist is unlikely.
Please provide a little more details of your symptoms, reason for your referral, any past history, any other test done, detail history of all your signs and symptoms, attachment of any lab report if available and only then i can tell what is it.
If you don't have any prior history or any other symptoms then you don't need to worry about it.
