I would need some more info

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Health Care Magic.

Thanks for writing.

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

I would like you to tell me why did you get this done? why was this test suggested and are there any symptoms you husband is having?
does he have any medical issues like hight BP or uncontrolled diabetes?

Seeing this test it seems that he might be having mild UTI or some kidney damage... some protein can be there normally if someone is taking really hight proteins like athletes and body builders do,

in my opinion this test more goes on favour of protein losing kidneys which have got slight damage due to some reason . Complete interprettation can be done by correlating other labs...symptoms and clinical indications.

Regrads.

Brief Answer:
renal stone, UTI, kidney disease

Detailed Answer:
Helo
thanks for wiritng back,

in this situation blood cells are explained by infection or kidney disease only , abdomen gets discomfort usually due ti UTI,

Numerous blood cells are not normal even if proteins are said to be because of the high protein intake.

In my opinion Renal stone.. UTI and Nephropathy are two possibilities and which have to be ruled out and treated accordingly...Would also suggest you to diacuss with your doctor about getting an ultrasound abdomen to rule out kidney or ureteric stone which can also cause dyscomfort and blood in urine.
