Brief Answer:
You have Urinary Tract Infection .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts and report of your urine culture that you have posted it appears that you have Urinary Tract Infection due to non coagulase Staphylococcal bacteria which are sensitive to almost all commonly used antibiotics .

There are many species of staphylococci .Those which produce coagulase (an enzyme that coagulates blood) are called coagulase positive where as those which do not produce coagulase are called coagulase negative Staphylococci .

Staphylococci negative coagulase organisms are most common bacteria that cause infection of genito urinary system .

Take Ofloxacin once daily or Ciprofloxacin twice daily as per sensitivity report .

Do not worry it will get cured within a week,

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
