What Does My Urine Culture Test Report Indicate?
Unlikely to be a malignancy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have gone through your query and I would like to offer my opinion.
Your symptoms do not seem to originate totally from the vaginal infection. They may also be due to the ovarian cysts and the calculus. Since the cysts have been diagnosed to be endometriotic, the pain is more likely to be due to these.
In the current scenario, I do not think malignancy could anywhere be the reason for your pain.
Please wait for the reports and follow your doctor's instructions. Maintain proper genital hygiene and avoid strong vaginal douches.
Hope I have clarified your query. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
I do not find any attached reports. Please contact the customer care for help.
You need a hormone assay to identify the cause of the altered menstrual pattern, the cysts on the ovary and the pain. Also, maintenance of a healthy weight, regular exercise and a healthy diet go a long way.
You could possibly benefit from a couple of hormone courses which help in regulating the menstrual cycles and also the bleeding pattern. Cysts of the ovary should be managed based on their size, function and associated features. Laparoscopic cyst removal is the ideal method when surgery is contemplated.
The location, the size and the composition of the stone influence the clinical presentation and further management.
You cannot have such pain with cervical cancer unless it is spread deeply within the pelvis. Moreover, cervical cancer can be detected through pap smear and clinical exam.
Endometriosis can be managed adequately well with medical, surgical and a combined approach.
Please discuss with your consultant and plan proper management.
Hope this helps.

Please upload reports.

Hi,
Thanks for writing again.
Please upload reports. If you cannot do them all by yourself, please take the help of customer care.
I have gone through your query and would like to offer my suggestions.
1.White discharge is a normal phenomenon in any woman especially during the reproductive age. The amount and consistency vary with hormone influence during the menstrual cycle. Abnormal presentations like foul smell, frothy discharge, altered color, blood-stained discharge etc., with associated symptoms of urinary infection, pain, itching and irritation indicate infection and warrant further evaluation. Since you got treatment for infections already, you need periodic swab tests to detect any recurrence. Also, in the event of repeated infection, blood sugar levels should be checked and prophylaxis is given for at least 6 months.
2. Abdominal and pelvic pain can be seen with pelvic inflammation also. However, these symptoms are not specific only to PID. To clarify, as I suggested, you can go through a couple of hormone courses after correction of any infection.
I will be able to comment better if you can get me the reports.
Hope this helps.
