Hi,
Thanks for using HCM..
I understand your concern..
On which day of the period was the scan done? What was the size of the 2 mature follicle in each ovary? Since how long are you trying for your second pregnancy?
There will be multiple follicles in both the ovaries. Only one follicle will develop and become mature to ovulate in a cycle normally. That follicle is developing in your case. So dont worry..
If you have been trying for more than 1 year for a baby and not getting pregnant, you need to get a basic work up. Scan appears normal. Thyroid and prolactin level needs to be checked. Do you have regular periods? Your husband need to get a semen analysis done.
If everything is fine, after consulting your gynaecologist you can take ovulation induction drug from 2nd day of the periods for 5 days followed by a follicular study on day11 and13. When the size of follicle reaches 20mm, its likely to ovulate , so during this time you can have a timed intercourse or an IUI. Follow up scan has to be done to see the status of ovulation. Take progesterone from post ovulatory day for 10 days. Continue goodova. This can be tried for 6 months before performing an IVF.
Take plenty of oral fluids, healthy food and lots of fruits.Hope I have answered your queries.. Feel free to ask any query. Good day.

Enclomiphene is found to be better..
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..
Enclomiphene is found to be more effective than clomiphene.. Clomiphene causes a decrease in endometrial thickness and level rises only slowly when administered. This disadvantage is not seen with enclomiphene. N-acetyl cystein can be given with both.. But many doctors still prefer clomiphene.
Hope I have answered your queries.. If dubts are clarified, kindly close the conversation and rate my answer. Good day..
