What Does My Vitamin D Test Report Indicate?

My father is suffering these days from diziness, cervical, feverish stiffness in body. Advice on the same
Hi, I am unable to attach report due to some server error.
However, the Vitamin D test report says as follows:
Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy, Serum (CLIA)
Result - 18
units - nmol/L
The sufficient level mentioned in the report is 75-250 nmol/L. It seems that the vitamin D level is quite low. Please advice some medicine/home remedies for the same.
Vitamin D deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Body stiffness, fatigue, dizziness in your father mostly related to vitamin D deficiency.
He needs treatment. For my patients with vitamin D deficiency I suggest vitamin D sachets (60,000 units). He should take one XXXXXXX weekly for 12 weeks after discussing with doctor.
I also suggest him to eat poultry food. and exposure to sunlight for 20 minutes daily.
Since he is having cervical stiffness, dizziness, other possibility is cervical spondylosis. If he does not feel any improvement after 3 doses of vitamin d medication then I suggest you get an x ray of cervical spine (Neck) to rule out spondylosis. And vitamin B12 test as well.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
