Brief Answer:
Biopsy of lung mass should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

I have gone through your uncle reports's in detail.
Main concern is opacity with irregular margins in the left lung upper lobe. This finding need further investigation like CT guided biopsy. It is important to know his symptoms.Malignancy should be ruled out.Irregular margins with calcifications and enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes is one of the feature of malignancy.

Only biopsy can assess exact nature of mass in left upper lobe.

Accentuated bronchovascular marking in the lungs may be due to many reasons like infection, inflammation, aging etc.

Volume loss in left side with bilateral pleural thickening is due to past koch's infection. It is a healed stage. There are also healed lesions of past tubercular infection.

Elevated left dome of the diaphragm may be due to distended stomach.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
