Brief Answer:
You are safe

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have understood it

Oral sex carries a very low risk if at all, due to the anti-HIV properties of saliva, provided the person giving oral sex does'nt has any oral lesions/sores in the mouth. So we can assume that the oral sex that you had was safe, also now confirmed by your ELISA tests (90 days negative test for HIV, by ELISA, following a risky sexual contact, rules out HIV, provided you did'nt had any other risky sexual contact during this period)

I think you are safe. Be well and stay healthy

Always use a condom for safe sex.

regards
